More about Scouts:

Scouting has given me a fantastic opportunity to do lots of activities and things that people who are not in Scouts don’t get to do.

It’s about having fun with good friends.

Scouts are a go-getting group of young people aged
10 ½ to 14 who:

  • Master new skills and try new things
  • Make new friends
  • Have fun and go on adventures, at home and abroad
  • Explore the world around them
  • Help others and make a difference, in their own communities and beyond

Every week they gather in their Scout Troop to conquer the small task of changing the world.

Our Scout section is currently fed by the demand from our two Cub Sections so is consequently full.  If you have a young person who is keen to start Cubs please contact 15th Oxford Scouts which meets on Fridays or 24th Abington Scouts (Dry Sandford).
